At Lush Lounge, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Order Cancellation
• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Return & Refund Eligibility
We currently do not offer refunds, but we do accept exchanges for the same or a different product of equal value, subject to the conditions below.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange under the following conditions:
• The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• The exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
Important:
• You must shoot a clear unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened — without cuts — to support any exchange claims related to damage, wrong item, or missing product.
• No exchange will be processed without the unboxing video proof.
Non-Exchangeable Items
• Sale items, discounted products, or customized orders are not eligible for exchange.
• Accessories and freebies are also non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
Exchange Process
1. Email us at [your email] or WhatsApp us within 3 days of delivery.
2. Share your unboxing video and details of the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
4. Once approved, you can ship the product back to us (shipping charges borne by the customer).
5. Upon inspection, we’ll dispatch your new product.
