At Lush Lounge, we aim for a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
• Once processed or shipped, cancellations won’t be accepted.
Returns & Refunds
• Eligible only for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
• Must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and reported within 3 days of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video (no cuts) from parcel opening is mandatory proof.
• Once verified, you can choose between a refund or an exchange of equal value.
• Refunds (excluding shipping) are processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
• For size or style changes, request within 3 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is customer-borne.
• Replacement is sent after inspection.

• Accessories, freebies, or gifts
